I’m trained in Kripalu yoga, the yoga of compassion. You see, this theme of compassion weaved into every class I teach. With a gentle approach and a hatha-based practice, I invite my students to challenge themselves while ensuring safety and holding space for any experience the student may be seeking. With a significant emphasis on self-compassion, pranayama, and breathing during the practice, I guide my students into a fully embodied, reflective experience that benefits them on and off the mat.

Private Sessions

I offer one on one and private group classes. These classes are tailored to the needs of each student. Private classes are available i online. Whether you are looking to build a more challenging practice, grow your pranayama practice, or you’re just looking to have a more intimate yoga experience you and I can work together to create the perfect practice for you.

$65 for a private 60 minute session.
