“It has always been my goal to help people get in touch with themselves and their inner knowledge. Our body is capable of doing so many beautiful things, we just have to listen to what it needs.”

About me

I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW #229641) in Massachusetts. I provide therapy via a secure telehealth platform through Integral Bloom. I am a somatic therapist who focuses on supporting individuals impacted by developmental, sociocultural, complex, and single-incident traumas in processing their wounds, burdens, and pain while developing a secure sense of self.

I found my passion for somatic therapy while studying for my BA in Psychology. During this time, I became a certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher and furthered my studies in Trauma-Sensitive Yoga through the Center for Trauma and Embodiment. I began teaching trauma-sensitive yoga in my community and was fascinated by the body’s role in healing as both a resource for healing and the home for our beliefs, emotions, and feelings. This is when I chose to pursue my Master’s in Social Work.

My clinical work has mainly been focused on supporting survivors of sexual assault, members of the queer community, and veterans in their healing process. I have provided services in multiple levels of care, including outpatient, rape crisis, Emergency Services, and inpatient settings.

The four pillars of organicity, compassion, curiosity, and spaciousness support all of my work with others.

Organicity: The innate intelligence in every being

Compassion: Sympathetic awareness of self and others

Curiosity: A desire to know and understand

Spaciousness: The quality of having lots of space

The soul always knows what to do to heal itself. The challenge is to silence the mind.
